Here's a space for us to share our gratitude...
this means anything and everything
that we're thankful for.
What are you grateful for?
and it will be posted here
I'll begin this page
with my own gratefulness.
I am so thankful
to be able to be who I am
to be so supported and loved
to live with Bipolar Disorder
to make this website for you
and to have the privilege of being a therapist.
"You have inspired me"
"I've read your story.
It gives me confidence to not give up on my dreams & goals.
You telling your story helped me relize that
I have nothing to hide.
I also am Bipolar.
I thought that since being Bipolar that I was cursed
but I've been blessed.
I have always wanted to be a motivational speaker.
Now I know what to speak & teach my peers about.
So I wanted to THANK YOU ROBIN you have given me hope."
"This is the first place where I've felt the scope of information and connectivity makes me feel comfortable enough to really share. I want others to be able to feel just as comfortable, and in turn, I want their stories out there so we can derive more information about the condition, and learn how BPD integrates in to life- instead of acting as a road block.
Despite your message about therapy not taking place on the site, which coming from you is as it should be, I believe that a site such as you've built has inherent therapeutic qualities. I thank you,and hope others come across your space and can use it as an effective tool in their own healing as well as others."
"I've found that the resources on this site are useful on more than one occasion. As someone once said to me, we never confront and defeat our demons; we confront them and confront them and confront them our entire lives, and the exercises and support on this site are a
safe outlet for that energy and emotion.
The Influence & Shame activity, most recently, forces me to address -myself- without the other external factors, and
for the first time in months, I was able to cry.
Thank you Robin, for using your insight and experience to provide such useful tools."
